Robert Bowden is an award winning chocolatier and founder of Viveré Chocolates, a bespoke chocolate service. A sought after speaker and consultant in his field, he is also active in the conservation and sustainability of fine flavor cacao. He currently serves as the Communication Chair for the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund.
