• Blue speckled shell: White chocolate ganache flavored with Bourbon vanilla, caramel and citrus notes.
• Yellow shell: White chocolate ganache flavored with passion fruit, encased in creamy white chocolate.
• Red speckled shell: A crunchy feuilletine bottom topped with dark chocolate ganache and a raspberry gelée.
• Orange:A layer of mango ganache topped with a layer of crunchy yogurt filling, encased in white chocolate.
